The Orchard Factory, or 'The Orchard' as we like to call it, is a cylindrical and family boutique factory located in Lotem.
Between the Salmon river, the Harbel cliff and the Sea of Galilee is a home-made kitchen that produces confectionery and spreads. Kitchen that adheres to traditional cooking methods, without the use of large machines and production lines. Our raw materials for the production of the products are some of the best in the fields of our country and in the organic market.
Our agenda begins with a breathtaking view of the hills and valleys in front of which we are channeling our special confit as the picturesque cylindrical atmosphere wraps up the day. Bustan is a family business, working together and collaboratively in production, marketing and customer service.
The cutting of the fruit, the cooking from large and authentic pots, the pouring of the jars and the packaging are done manually with great love and attention to each jar and jar.
